The 29-year-old No. 3 Venus Williams reached her eighth (8th) final in Wimbledon All England Club after having fought top ranked Dinara Safina 6-1, 6-0 in less 60 minutes. Besides having won five Wimbledon singles titles, Serena found Venus in last year's final attempt to become the first woman to win three straight championships since Steffi Graf 1991-93.
But even if Serena did Venus in 2002 og'03 Wimbledon singles finals, she feels under against a player trying to win his sixth Venus Rose Water dish.
